Install failing for Windows XP / VS 2008

I'm trying to install this Addin, but I'm getting an error (see attachment).

I'm running XP SP3, and VS 2008 Professional Edition.

I have the same problem in VS2005 on Windows XP SP3. I wonder if it has anything to do with "My Documents" being mapped to a network drive?

I fixed my problem by copying the files to

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\MSEnvShared\Addins

To isolate this problem, it would be nice to know which user group you are belonging to (local admin?). May be the VSTrac assemblies must be put in the GAC?

I think this problem is a little more difficult to solve as it's actually the .addin file that is the problem. VS has different paths that it can hold these files and they can be placed all over the place. I'll research this one a bit...
